Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely submission of documents, manage application processes, and support the Provider Enrollment department.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate and review reports to prioritize critical enrollment issues
  • Prepare and submit completed applications to payers, including online and CAQH applications
  • Train staff on provider enrollment processes and maintain accurate documentation in Teamworks
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
