Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Coordinator will manage document submissions, complete CAQH re-attestations, and ensure timely processing of payer applications.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate and review reports to prioritize critical application issues
  • Prepare and submit enrollment applications to payers and resolve any deficiencies
  • Train staff on provider enrollment processes and collaborate with other departments
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
