Provider Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the enrollment processes for healthcare practitioners, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely credentialing with government programs and commercial payers while maintaining accurate provider data and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify denial trends and facilitate root cause analysis for continuous process improvement
• Prepare and submit government credentialing applications for enrolling physicians with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers
• Coordinate with medical group leaders and clinic staff on enrollment matters to ensure timely processing of new providers

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• One year of experience in a related role
• Ability to perform frequent physical tasks, including lifting and data entry
