Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely submission of necessary documents, complete CAQH re-attestations, and support the Provider Enrollment department.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate and review reports to prioritize critical application issues
  • Prepare and submit applications to payers while documenting data in Teamworks
  • Train staff on provider enrollment processes and collaborate with internal teams
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous accuracy in documentation and application processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
