Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will manage provider enrollment applications, ensuring timely submission of documents and applications to various carriers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers
  • Complete CAQH re-attestations and online applications while documenting data in Teamworks
  • Train staff on provider enrollment processes and partner with other departments to resolve application deficiencies
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience with contracts, legal documents, or other healthcare-related work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous accuracy and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet challenging deadlines
