Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will manage provider enrollment applications, ensuring timely submission of documents and applications to various carriers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers
- Complete CAQH re-attestations and online applications while documenting data in Teamworks
- Train staff on provider enrollment processes and partner with other departments to resolve application deficiencies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- One year of experience with contracts, legal documents, or other healthcare-related work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous accuracy and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet challenging deadlines
