Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will manage provider enrollment applications for billing, ensuring timely submission of documents and completion of necessary forms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare provider enrollment applications for various payers
- Complete CAQH registrations and manage online applications and re-enrollments
- Train staff on provider enrollment processes and resolve application deficiencies
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
