Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will manage provider enrollment applications for billing, ensuring timely submission of documents and completion of necessary forms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare provider enrollment applications for various payers
  • Complete CAQH registrations and manage online applications and re-enrollments
  • Train staff on provider enrollment processes and resolve application deficiencies
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • One year of experience with contracts or healthcare-related work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
