Provider Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of healthcare practitioners, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator will manage the proactive enrollment process for government programs and commercial payers, working remotely with occasional onsite training and meetings in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Identify denial trends and collaborate with the team for continuous process improvement
• Prepare and submit credentialing applications for enrolling and re-enrolling healthcare practitioners with government payers
• Coordinate with managed care staff to ensure timely enrollment of providers with contracted commercial payers

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• One year of experience in provider enrollment or credentialing preferred
• Experience with ECHO or Credential Stream software preferred
