Job Summary

Leading a team of enrollment specialists, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Coordinator Lead will oversee provider onboarding and payer enrollment processes, ensuring timely access to health plans and enhancing patient care experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the operations of assigned staff and activities related to provider enrollment
• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex enrollment processes and monitor compliance with policies
• Evaluate and oversee the orientation and training of associates while maintaining accurate provider data

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of enrollment forms and related systems
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry
• No professional license or certification required
