Provider Enrollment Coordinator Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team in provider enrollment activities, the full-time Provider Enrollment Coordinator Lead will manage shift operations, serve as a technical resource, and oversee staff training while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates shift operations of assigned activities and staff
• Monitors and reviews progress of work, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintains knowledge of enrollment forms and related systems, addressing issues during the enrollment application process

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• Three years of experience in provider enrollment and credentialing
• Experience with ECHO or Credential Stream software preferred
