Provider Enrollment Lead

Job Summary

To support complex processing and quality tasks in a remote setting, the Provider Enrollment Lead will manage client relationships, perform analyses, and implement process improvements while adhering to security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex processing and quality tasks to support outsourced services and ensure efficient transaction processing
• Analyze and reconcile reports for accuracy, preparing both standard and ad-hoc reports for management and clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to policies and effective workflow management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Six or more years of experience in business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment
• Experience with client company products and services, as well as industry-specific knowledge
• Familiarity with business solutions software
• Proven ability to train and assist less experienced personnel
