Provider Enrollment Lead

Job Summary

To support efficient processing and continuous improvement, the remote Provider Enrollment Lead will manage complex processing tasks, analyze reports for accuracy, and provide leadership to team members while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services
• Analyze reports, audit findings, and recommend modifications to improve workflows
• Provide leadership and training to less experienced personnel while monitoring daily activities

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Six or more years of experience in business process service delivery and improvement
• Experience with client company products and services
• Familiarity with business solutions software
• Knowledge of the client company industry and functional area
