Provider Enrollment Lead

Job Summary

To support efficient transaction processing, the remote Provider Enrollment Lead will manage complex processing tasks, analyze reports, and implement workflow modifications while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex processing and quality tasks to support outsourced services
• Analyze and reconcile reports for accuracy, providing periodic status updates to management and clients
• Provide leadership and training to team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Six or more years of experience in business process service delivery and improvement
• Experience with client company products and services
• Experience with business solutions software
• Familiarity with the client's industry and functional area
