Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the Provider Enrollment Lead will manage daily enrollment operations, oversee team training and coaching, and handle escalations while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily enrollment operations, including queues, applications, and inbox activities
• Lead, train, and mentor team members in provider enrollment and healthcare operations
• Handle escalations and resolve complex issues while maintaining client and stakeholder relationships

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations
• Proven leadership experience in an enrollment or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of provider enrollment and operational processes
• Experience with problem-solving and escalation management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support process improvement initiatives
