Provider Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Manager responsible for managing the Provider Enrollment department and ensuring compliance and efficiency in the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the enrollment team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the provider enrollment process, ensuring all provider statuses are current and compliant
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance enrollment service levels and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with documented upward mobility
• 3 years of provider enrollment and revenue cycle experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
