Provider Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Manager to oversee the provider enrollment process and ensure compliance and efficiency in onboarding healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the provider enrollment team, implementing training programs for staff proficiency
• Manage the full lifecycle of provider enrollment, optimizing workflows and enhancing the onboarding experience
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct regular audits of enrollment files and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• PESC, CPCS, or CPMSM certification preferred
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in provider enrollment within a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of CMS, NCQA, and payer-specific enrollment requirements
• Proficient with provider enrollment platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
