Job Summary

Provider Enrollment Manager oversees the Provider Enrollment Department in a full-time remote position, managing operations, staff training, and client relationships while ensuring effective enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage department operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
  • Develop client relationships and provide regular updates on the credentialing process
  • Monitor department activities and compile reports to analyze trends and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • At least two years of experience in physician or hospital billing related to provider enrollment
  • One year of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CAQH database, NPI website, and EDI, EFT, and ERA processes preferred
  • Equivalent training and experience may be considered
