Provider Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Research Representative responsible for managing rejection codes linked to Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process rejections in the Provider Enrollment Research enterprise task manager (ETM)
• Reassign Provider Enrollment issues to IDX for resolution
• Report errors or problems affecting claims and maintain knowledge of ETM and carrier requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
