Provider Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative responsible for managing provider enrollment processes and ensuring accurate provider data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete enrollment and re-enrollment processes for providers to ensure timely participation and payment
• Maintain detailed electronic provider enrollment files and coordinate resolution of any issues with provider records
• Communicate updates between providers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely document distribution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2 or more years of business experience in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Experience or knowledge of ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data and claims processing systems
• Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
