Job Summary

Provider Enrollment Representative, a full-time remote temporary position, supports the Provider Enrollment Department by performing clerical duties, assisting in the preparation of provider enrollment applications, and coordinating necessary documents for billing to various carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares application sets for mailing and assists with necessary documents for provider numbers
• Maintains organized provider files and manages incoming mail
• Communicates updates and information input into the IDX System and TeamWorks

Required Qualifications
