Job Summary

Provider Enrollment Representative, responsible for processing rejection codes in a remote full-time role, ensuring timely completion of tasks related to provider enrollment research.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process rejections in the Provider Enrollment Research ETM worklist
• Reassign provider enrollment issues for resolution by the Division Provider Enrollment Department
• Report errors or claim issues that affect payment processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Excellent organizational skills
