Job Summary

Supporting the Provider Enrollment Department in a full-time temporary capacity, the Provider Enrollment Representative will perform clerical duties, assist with provider enrollment applications, and manage documentation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider number issuance
  • Maintain organized provider files and assist in team projects related to new start-ups and changes in business
  • Communicate updates in the IDX System and TeamWorks, including new provider information and annual disclosures
Required qualifications
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Familiarity with provider enrollment processes
  • Proficiency in using IDX System and TeamWorks
  • Ability to prepare W-9 forms and handle correspondence
  • Strong organizational skills for managing files and documentation
