Job Summary
Supporting the Provider Enrollment Department in a full-time temporary capacity, the Provider Enrollment Representative will perform clerical duties, assist with provider enrollment applications, and manage documentation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider number issuance
- Maintain organized provider files and assist in team projects related to new start-ups and changes in business
- Communicate updates in the IDX System and TeamWorks, including new provider information and annual disclosures
Required qualifications
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Familiarity with provider enrollment processes
- Proficiency in using IDX System and TeamWorks
- Ability to prepare W-9 forms and handle correspondence
- Strong organizational skills for managing files and documentation
