Job Summary

Supporting the Provider Enrollment Department, the full-time temporary Provider Enrollment Representative will perform clerical duties, assist with application preparation, and coordinate necessary documents for provider enrollment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider numbers
  • Maintain organized provider files and manage incoming mail distribution
  • Communicate updates in the IDX System and TeamWorks, including new provider information
Required qualifications
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Familiarity with provider enrollment processes and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using IDX System and TeamWorks is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
