Job Summary
Supporting the Provider Enrollment Department, the full-time Provider Enrollment Representative will perform clerical duties, assist with application preparation, and coordinate necessary provider enrollment documents in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider number issuance
- Maintain organized provider files and manage incoming mail from various locations
- Communicate updates and information in the IDX System and TeamWorks, including managing annual disclosures and revalidations
Required qualifications
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with provider enrollment processes and documentation
- Proficiency in using IDX System and TeamWorks or similar software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills to maintain files and manage multiple tasks
