Job Summary

Supporting the Provider Enrollment Department, the full-time Provider Enrollment Representative will perform clerical duties, assist with application preparation, and coordinate necessary provider enrollment documents in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider number issuance
  • Maintain organized provider files and manage incoming mail from various locations
  • Communicate updates and information in the IDX System and TeamWorks, including managing annual disclosures and revalidations
Required qualifications
  • Experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in healthcare
  • Familiarity with provider enrollment processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in using IDX System and TeamWorks or similar software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain files and manage multiple tasks
