Provider Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

To support community-based clinics across 20 US states, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Account Representative will independently manage credentialing and provider enrollment activities, including submitting applications to various payers and resolving enrollment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare organizations across multiple states
• Independently manage the full spectrum of financial credentialing and enrollment processes
• Complete and submit individual provider enrollment applications with various insurance carriers

Required qualifications

• Direct provider enrollment experience with individual insurance payers is required
• Experience completing and submitting individual billable provider enrollment applications is required
• Experience managing non-delegated enrollments from submission to participating status is required
• Commercial, managed care, and Medicare/Medicaid payer enrollment experience is required
• Experience maintaining CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and other provider data records is required
