Job Summary

Working remotely, the Provider Enrollment Representative will manage enrollment data using multiple systems, comply with legal regulations, and support team productivity while adhering to performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data across various websites and systems
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and business unit rules
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance while managing time effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment
• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems
• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid
• Ability to meet Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
• Willingness to learn independently and ask questions as needed
