Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Representative will manage enrollment data using multiple systems, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and contribute to team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data using various websites and systems
• Comply with contract requirements and legal regulations while maintaining punctuality and attendance
• Meet performance expectations and service level agreements in a metric-driven environment

Required qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment
• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems
• Background in the healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid
• Ability to meet service level agreements and contractual obligations
• Willingness to learn and ask questions for independent work
