Provider Enrollment Representative
Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the fully remote Provider Enrollment Representative will manage enrollment data entry, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to team productivity while working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Review and input enrollment data using multiple websites and systems
- Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and legal regulations
- Maintain punctuality and attendance while meeting performance expectations
Required qualifications
- Experience in a metric-driven environment
- Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems
- Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid
- Familiarity with meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
- Ability to learn independently and ask questions as needed
