Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the fully remote Provider Enrollment Representative will manage enrollment data, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to team productivity while maintaining a professional home office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data using multiple websites and systems
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and business unit rules
• Maintain punctuality and attendance while meeting performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment
• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems
• Background in the healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid
• Experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
• Ability to learn independently and ask questions as needed
