Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Provider Enrollment Representative will manage enrollment data entry, comply with contract requirements, and contribute to team productivity while ensuring adherence to legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data using multiple websites and systems
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and business unit rules
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance while managing time effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment
• Familiarity with using multiple monitors and systems
• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid
• Proven ability to meet Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
• Capability to learn independently and ask questions when needed
