Job Summary

Working remotely, the Provider Enrollment Representative will manage enrollment data input and compliance with contract requirements while maintaining a productive and punctual work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data using multiple websites and systems
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and business unit rules
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance while meeting performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment
• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems
• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid
• Ability to meet Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
• Willingness to learn independently and ask questions
