Job Summary

To support healthcare enrollment processes, the full-time Provider Enrollment Representative will utilize multiple systems to review and input data while working remotely and ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data using various websites and systems
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and business unit rules
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance while managing time effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment
• Proficiency in using multiple monitors and systems
• Background in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid
• Ability to meet Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
• Willingness to learn independently and ask questions as needed
