Key Responsibilities

• Review and process rejections in Provider Enrollment Research ETM role according to policies
• Reassign Provider Enrollment issues to appropriate roles for resolution
• Report errors, claim issues, and carrier issues affecting payment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Excellent organizational skills
