Job Summary

Provider Enrollment Research Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for processing rejection codes linked to Provider Enrollment Research, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process rejections in the Provider Enrollment Research ETM role
• Reassign Provider Enrollment issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Report errors or problems affecting claims and maintain knowledge of ETM and carrier requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Excellent organizational skills
