Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Enrollment Research Representative will manage rejection codes linked to the Provider Enrollment Research role, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks while maintaining production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process rejections in the Provider Enrollment Research ETM role, including communication with carriers via web portal, email, or phone
• Reassign Provider Enrollment issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Report errors or problems affecting claims and maintain knowledge of ETM and carrier requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate with excellent follow-up skills
• Strong organizational skills
