Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Enrollment Research Specialist will manage rejection codes linked to Provider Enrollment, ensuring timely and efficient processing while maintaining knowledge of ETM and carrier requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process rejections in the Provider Enrollment Research ETM role, utilizing various communication methods with carriers
• Reassign Provider Enrollment issues to the appropriate division for resolution
• Report errors or problems affecting claims and maintain accurate production records

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in follow-up tasks
