Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative to support the Provider Enrollment Department with clerical duties and special projects.

• Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider numbers
• Maintain organized group and individual provider files and manage incoming mail
• Assist with reports, updates, and payer research as needed
