Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage all phases of provider enrollment and re-enrollment, ensuring timely and accurate processing for commercial and government payers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the enrollment and re-credentialing of providers, including data entry and management of expirables
• Participate in the submission and follow-up of provider enrollment applications for various payers
• Assist providers and client personnel with application completion and monitor the status of submissions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment or related field
• Experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Familiarity with CAQH applications and NPPES updates
• Ability to achieve monthly quality and productivity standards
