Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete payor enrollment/re-enrollment processes for clinicians
• Prepare and track enrollment applications, follow up with health plans, and maintain detailed records
• Research and communicate health plan enrollment policies, resolve payment denials, and meet performance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of office experience or college coursework preferred
• Knowledge of health plan billing and enrollment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Commitment to teamwork, adaptability to change, and alignment with company goals
