Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves payer enrollment issues by following up with market locations and CMS
• Manages the completion and submission of various payer applications, ensuring provider numbers are established
• Maintains documentation and reporting related to payer enrollments and manages revalidation dates for assigned groups/providers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of provider enrollment experience preferred
• Working knowledge of application requirements for CMS, State Medicaid, and third-party payers
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding protected provider and health information
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
