Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Associate responsible for credentialing and enrolling healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with providers to explain the enrollment process and assists with applications
• Collects and maintains necessary provider information and documentation, verifying details as needed
• Handles enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances, ensuring timely application processing

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
