Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative responsible for managing provider enrollment processes and ensuring accurate provider records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete enrollment and re-enrollment processes for providers to ensure timely participation and accurate payments
• Maintain detailed electronic provider enrollment files and coordinate issue resolution for provider records
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and assist with interdepartmental issues related to enrollment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Two or more years of business experience in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Experience or knowledge of ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data and claims processing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
