Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the credentialing processes for 10-20 payors, ensuring timely submission and follow-up of applications
• Conduct regular reviews to validate the accuracy of internal credentialing data against payor data and maintain documentation for smooth operations
• Assist in building out new payor operations and create standardized submission protocols for new payors

Required Qualifications

• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with at least two years of experience in Provider Enrollment or four years of experience in Provider Enrollment
• Strong familiarity with credentialing processes, terminology, and primary source verification resources such as CAQH and NPDB
• Ability to drive accountability and ensure deadlines are met
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new software like HubSpot and Excel
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
