Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage the credentialing and enrollment processes for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide providers through the credentialing/enrollment and recredentialing/revalidation process
• Maintain and monitor the credentialing/enrollment database to ensure active status with managed care payers and governmental plans
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to track the registration process and communicate status updates effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Preferred experience in professional billing, physician's office, or credentialing
• Basic understanding of managed care contracting and credentialing policies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to credentialing
