Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage the credentialing and enrollment of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide providers through the economic credentialing/enrollment and recredentialing/revalidation process
• Maintain and monitor the credentialing/enrollment database to ensure active status among payers
• Coordinate with management to track registration processes and communicate enrollment statuses

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of healthcare industry experience
• Experience in professional billing, physician's office, or credentialing preferred
• Basic understanding of managed care contracting and credentialing policies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
