Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative responsible for managing provider enrollment processes and ensuring accurate provider records for timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete enrollment and re-enrollment processes for providers in compliance with policies and contracts
• Maintain detailed electronic provider enrollment files and proactively resolve issues related to provider records
• Coordinate communication between providers and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and document distribution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2 or more years of business experience in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Experience with ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data and claims processing systems
• Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
