Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative to support the Provider Enrollment Department with various clerical duties and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider number issuance
• Maintain organized provider files and assist in team projects related to provider enrollment
• Communicate updates in the IDX System and TeamWorks, and handle annual disclosures and payer research

• No specific experience required
• Ability to perform clerical duties and maintain organized files
• Familiarity with handling applications and correspondence
• Proficiency in using relevant systems for data entry and updates
• Willingness to assist in team projects and support supervisors as needed
