Key Responsibilities

• Handle credentialing and recredentialing processes, including verification and maintenance of provider information
• Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot enrollment issues and ensure accurate data management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of healthcare credentialing and payer enrollment experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to use independent judgment within established policies and procedures
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of staff and external contacts
