Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist responsible for enrolling and maintaining provider records to ensure accurate participation status and claims payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process provider and facility enrollments, updates, and terminations across various lines of business
• Validate completeness and accuracy of enrollment submissions and maintain accurate provider data
• Coordinate with internal departments and external entities to support timely and compliant provider onboarding

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3+ years of experience in provider enrollment or healthcare administration
• Working knowledge of provider identifiers and enrollment data elements
• Familiarity with provider lifecycle processes, including onboarding and maintenance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work in multiple systems
