Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative responsible for enrolling behavioral health providers with appropriate payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial mailing, review, and database entry
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance
• Act as a technical resource and facilitator for conflict resolution within the team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end provider payer enrollment
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Live in a location with access to a high-speed internet connection
