Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update provider enrollment progress, ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and re-credentialing
• Coordinate enrollment with commercial and government payers, addressing issues and trends in collaboration with relevant teams
• Assist providers with application processes and follow up with payers to ensure completion and resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
• Preferred experience with government and commercial payers in a revenue service setting
• Preferred experience in provider enrollment and/or credentialing
• Knowledge of medical billing database work queues is preferred
